greentech phytoresearch was founded and is run by agricultural economist Christian Strunden, who looks back on 30 years of world wide experience in agro-industry, fruit & crop farming, farm management, agricultural development.

Christian Strunden was hired to set up the first professional wheat and forage farms in Abu Dhabi in 2010-2011. This work progressed over several years with advice and collaboration of internationally experienced farm managers, irrigation engineers, hydrologists, meteorologists, economists, mathematicians, actuaries and computer modelers.
